Celebrity & VIP Ball Styling in Vienna: At Your Hotel, at Home and Throughout the Evening

A ball evening often begins long before the first photograph. When receptions, public appearances or several appointments are involved, styling needs its own place in the schedule. With JASMINKA, you can arrange make-up and hairstyling wherever you prefer to get ready: at your hotel, at a private address or at another agreed location in Vienna.

For Vienna's ball season, I offer private styling and, on request, personal support beyond the initial appointment. Each booking is tailored to your evening and agreed individually.

Private ball styling at your hotel or at home

Would you prefer to get ready in your suite or begin your evening at home? By arrangement, I come to you. Make-up and hairstyling take place in your chosen surroundings, with time for preparation and final adjustments before you leave.

This personal service has been part of my work for several years, including appointments with celebrity clients. Privacy, discretion and reliable coordination are central to the way I work.

Styling can also be arranged for several guests. We agree in advance on the services each person requires and when everyone needs to be ready. Depending on the size of the group and the work involved, we also discuss whether additional support is needed.

Experience in celebrity styling and public appearances

I have styled and looked after numerous personalities from film and television from Vienna and across Austria. My event experience also includes styling for the Deutscher Filmball at Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich. Actress Lisa Maria Potthoff is among the clients whose make-up I created for this occasion.

For these appointments, the arrangements behind the scenes matter as much as the finished look: a calm setting, clear communication and coordination with personal assistants or other relevant contacts.

Personal styling support throughout the evening

Some evenings call for more than a single styling appointment. Full evening support is therefore available on request. This may include make-up touch-ups, hair adjustments and final checks before agreed photographs or appearances.

Together, we establish whether you need a specific time slot or support over several hours. Duration, fees, access to the event and a suitable space for touch-ups are agreed beforehand. Evening support is arranged separately and is subject to my availability.

Coordination with concierge teams and personal assistants

I am in contact with concierge services at leading five-star hotels in Vienna and with various ball organisers. If your hotel or personal assistant handles your enquiry, we can coordinate the styling arrangements directly with the relevant person.

This allows us to take several guests, different departure times or other parts of the evening into account. We discuss the coordination needed for your appointment individually.

Vienna Opera Ball: Enquire early

Please get in touch as soon as your ball attendance is confirmed. This is particularly important for the Vienna Opera Ball, appointments for several guests and extended evening support. These bookings require reserved time and advance coordination.

For an initial enquiry, please include the occasion, date, location, number of people and the services you would like. If you require evening support, please also provide the approximate hours.

Celebrity and VIP styling prices are available on request. Fees depend on the services required, the number of people, the location and the duration of support. You will receive an individual quote for the agreed services.
