How long does make-up & hairstyling take?+
Allow around 2,5 hours for make-up & hairstyling. Make-up alone takes about 1 hour, while a ball hairstyle takes approximately 1–1,5 hours, depending on the style.
How far in advance should I book my ball appointment?+
Popular dates fill up quickly during ball season. The earlier you get in touch, the better — especially around the Opera Ball and Vienna’s major balls.
Can I book make-up or hairstyling separately?+
Yes. Make-up and hairstyling can be booked individually or together. Blow-dries are also available separately.
Can we discuss my look beforehand?+
Of course. We’ll talk through your ideas and tailor your look to your dress, jewellery, hair and personal style. Feel free to send inspiration images in advance.
What should I bring to my appointment?+
Ideally, arrive with clean skin and freshly washed, dry hair. Before applying make-up, we take time for professional skin preparation — the foundation for a long-lasting, flawless finish. You’re also welcome to bring a photo of your dress, jewellery, hair accessories or inspiration images.
